- Combine the following ingredients in a bowl:
- 2 eggs
- 2 servings of salmon (I used Atlantic Salmon, but it probably would have been easier using canned salmon)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
- Salt and pepper
- Melt coconut oil in frying pan on medium heat
- Shape mixture into patties and cook until brown on both sides

Primal Coconut Salmon Cakes
Today I cooked up some Primal / Paleo Salmon Cakes. I used a recipe from Pragmatic Paleo with some modifications based on the ingredients I had in my kitchen. Here is the recipe:
