Primal/Paleo Substitutes for Non-Primal Foods

This article by Mark Sisson is  good read for people trying to go Paleo/Primal, but don't think they will be able to give up high carb foods like bread, rice, pizza, etc.  For me, the two best substitutes are almond meal and coconut flour.  You can make pretty much anything by subbing these 2 ingredients for flour such as pancakes, pizza, cookies, and bread.
