500 Rep Workout

I'm going to start posting some good primal workouts that involve little to no equipment.  Here is one that I will call the 500 rep workout.  Here it is:

  • 100 kettlebell thrusters
  • 100 kettlebell swings
  • 100 pull ups
  • 100 push ups 
  • 100 sit ups
