Yesterday I discovered a track/soccer field literally a few hundred yards from my apartment. I decided to head over and do a Crossfit type workout. One of my favorite exercises to do is the burpee. For those of you that don't know what a burpee is check out this video:
So my goal was to do 10 burpees than sprint 100 yards. Than repeat for a total of 10 rounds. So I would be doing 100 burpees and 10 100 yard sprints. I only made it to 75 burpees and gave up at that point. But it was a hell of a workout. And the best part is no equipment was required.
